It’s soon gonna be AMD’s 50th anniversary. To mark this occasion they are trying to launch the 50th-anniversary edition AMD Radeon VII. The Radeon VII would come in a red body this time around. There won’t be any signature from any AMD official and it would be INR 3100 more than the standard Radeon VII.
The custom version would come with a gold packaging and has AMD’s signature red and black colour scheme. Apart from the external appearance nothing has changed much as the internals are the same as the normal edition.
AMD Radeon VII has 60 CUs, 3840 stream processors, core frequency of 1.8GHz. It has 16GB HBM2 memory and 1TB/s memory bandwidth. It comes with three-fan cooling and a dual 8pin power supply.
In terms of performance, according to the official statement, AMD Radeon VII can achieve 70-110 FPS in “Devil May Cry 5”. Compared to the previous generation Vega 64, the game performance has increased significantly. Battlefield 5 performance has increased by 35% and overall this is one of the more powerful cards out there.
There’s also news around the fact that people who buy the AMD 50th Anniversary edition would get AMD custom T-Shirts, stickers as well as few other online freebies!
