As per the latest reports dated August 3, it has been brought to attention that Anker has launched a novel 140W GaN plug-in board in overseas markets, which is currently priced at $134.98 (Editor’s note: the present cost is approximately INR 11,142).
The Anker 140W GaN Power Strip boasts a sleek and flat design overall, and comprises of 2 AC jacks and 4 USB fast charging ports, enabling the charging of up to 6 devices simultaneously.
Furthermore, the USB-C interface of this plug-in board is capable of providing 100W fast charging when used independently, whereas the USB-A supports 12W fast charging. In situations where multiple ports are being utilized simultaneously, the USB-C fast charging power will take precedence.
Notably, the top section of the power strip is equipped with a fast-charging indicator light, which proves to be quite useful for users in determining the charging status of their devices.
The indicator light displays a white light when the output power is less than 90W, whereas it displays a blue light when the output power falls between 90W-100W.
