Known for its sleek design and best-in-class performance, ASUS has announced a new addition to its Zenbook family of laptops: ZenBook 14 (UX434), ZenBook 15 (UX534), and ZenBook Flip 13 (UX362).
The new ASUS ZenBook 14 (UX434) and ZenBook 15 (UX534) herald a new era of thin, light, compact laptops with four-sided frameless NanoEdge displays that feature ultraslim bezels on all four sides, giving up to an unrivalled up to 95% screen-to-body ratio for a near borderless viewing experience. These two new launches are also equipped with ScreenPad 2.0 that upgrades the traditional laptop experience, adding an interactive secondary screen with a smartphone-like interface that enhances productivity for endless possibilities.
ASUS ZenBook Flip 13 (UX362) is the world’s most compact convertible laptop, serving a frameless NanoEdge display with ultra-narrow bezels for 10%-smaller footprint. The laptop marks the first ASUS convertible laptop series with a four-sided frameless NanoEdge display design, which uses a unique patent-pending method to rearrange the display PCB board in order to reduce bezel size. It also flaunts the smallest 3D IR webcam with a four-element lens for sharper image quality and fast face-login, even in dark environments.

Compact Design:
With four-sided frameless NanoEdge display featuring ultraslim bezels, the two laptops offer a near-borderless viewing experience with 95% screen-to-body ratio. It also allows a much more compact design, making each of the new ZenBook models the world’s most compact laptops for their respective screen size. In fact, ZenBook 14 is still smaller than most 13-inch laptops on the market. ZenBook 15 has a chassis the size of a standard 14-inch ultraportable laptop but manages to accommodate a large and immersive 15.6-inch screen.
The intelligent touchpad, evolved-ScreenPad 2.0
Powered by the new ScreenXpert software, ScreenPad 2.0 now features a larger 5.65-inch touchscreen, offering many new features and benefits like enhanced productivity and efficient workflow. It includes a collection of handy ASUS utilities to boost productivity: Quick Key enables one-tap automation of complex keyboard sequences, Handwriting for natural text input, and Number Key for rapid data entry.
Cutting-Edge Components
Built to deliver unbounded on-the-go performance, the new ZenBook features up to the latest 8th Generation Intel Core i7 – 8565U processor and a range of fast graphics options including up to NVIDIA GeForce MX250 discrete graphics on ZenBook 14, whereas, ZenBook 15 is equipped with high-performance NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q GPU. All models are equipped with up to 1TB PCIe SSDs and up to 16GB of RAM, making them ideal for creating complex documents, mining data, retouching photos, editing videos, or simply taking a gaming break. The new ZenBook series lets you do more, and do it quicker, with an impressive 12.3 hours of battery life for Zenbook 14, and up to an incredible 14.9 hours for ZenBook 15.
Advanced cooling performance
ASUS utilises state-of-the-art components for an advanced cooling system, including an innovative liquid-crystal-polymer fan impeller with 84 blades — an increase of 12% over previous designs — housed in an advanced 3D-curved aerodynamic shroud that can generate 15% more airflow than before. ZenBook 15 (UX534) additionally features an innovative dual-fan with dual heat pipe system to keep the powerful Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q GPU cool. ZenBook 14 features an exclusive Quiet Fan app, offering users a choice between slightly higher operating noise and quieter operations for non-intensive tasks.
Comprehensive Connectivity
ZenBook 14 feature the latest USB-C port for superfast USB 3.1 Gen 2 data transfers. It is accompanied with a USB 3.1 Type-A port, a USB 2.0 Type-A port, a full-sized HDMI port and a microSD card reader. In addition, all of ZenBook 15’s USB Type-A ports support USB 3.1 Gen 2 speeds. Its memory card reader supports the larger SD card format. Both the laptops have a Gigabit-class dual-band WiFi 5 (802.11ac) and ASUS Wi-Fi Master technology with speeds of up to 1.734 Gbps. Bluetooth 5.0.
Military-grade reliability, Enterprise level security
All of the new ZenBook models have been torture-tested to military-grade (MIL-STD-810G) reliability standards, with demanding tests that include environmental extremes of altitude, temperature and humidity, in addition to extensive drop, shock and vibration testing. They also feature a TPM 2.0 module for enterprise-level security that gives business IT managers a high level of security by providing secure user authentication and remote access to corporate intranets.
