Ford has recently unveiled their latest creation, the 2024 Mustang Mach-E Rally, an electric crossover SUV inspired by rally cars.
This new model boasts a dual-motor powertrain with a maximum output of at least 480 horsepower and 650 pound-feet of torque, making it the most potent Mustang Mach-E variant to date.
With a 91-kilowatt-hour battery pack and standard four-wheel drive, the vehicle’s estimated EPA cruising range is around 250 miles (approximately 402.34 kilometers).
The car also supports quick DC charging, capable of charging the battery from 10% to 80% in just 36 minutes. The Mustang Mach-E Rally promises to deliver exceptional performance, with a faster acceleration time than the previous fastest GT Performance Edition.
The car’s RallySport driving mode permits increased side-slip and steering wheel action before activating the electronic stability control, ensuring a smoother ride. Furthermore, the vehicle comes equipped with 15-inch front brake rotors and red Brembo calipers taken from the GT and GT Performance trims, as well as additional safeguards to secure the engine.
Aesthetically, the Rally edition stands out from other Mustang Mach-E models due to its unique design elements. White 19-inch rally-style aluminum alloy wheels adorn the vehicle, reminiscent of Ford’s illustrious rally racing heritage.
Michelin CrossClimate2 all-season rubber with 235/55R19 tires complements the wheels, offering improved stability and traction on diverse terrain.
Distinctive details such as two racing stripes running down the hood, LED mist lamps integrated into the front grill, and a protective coating covering the door casing and fender arches further distinguish this model.
Dealer-installable Fender extensions will also be offered. Standard features include a black roof, evocative of the iconic Focus RS, accompanied by a back wing spoiler.
