Google is currently testing a new feature for ChromeOS, aiming to enhance the user experience with immersive spatial audio capabilities.

This feature is accessible via an experimental flag within ChromeOS settings under the audio section.

Once activated, this setting allows supported content to offer a more immersive sound experience, simulating surround sound effects possibly in conjunction with both wired and wireless headphones.

The implementation of this feature is still in progress, and it is presently inactive even with the experimental flag enabled.
