  8. Follow the on-screen instructions to fix any issues detected by the troubleshooter.

  9. After completing the troubleshooting process, test the audio on your laptop to see if the volume is increased. If not, try other troubleshooting steps or seek professional help.

Install and Update Audio Drivers:

If your laptop’s audio settings are correct but the volume is still low, it may be due to an outdated or missing audio driver. Audio drivers are software components that allow your laptop to produce sound.

Here are the steps to install and update the audio driver on your laptop:

  1. Open the Windows Start Menu or press the Windows key on your keyboard

  7.  Once the latest audio drivers are downloaded, install them on your laptop and reboot your system.
