The latest tablet from Huawei has finally hit India!

Inspired by its global success, Huawei Consumer Business Group India announces the launch of its latest tablet, HUAWEI MediaPad M5 lite. With this launch Huawei today entered pre-Diwali festivities, bringing forth some cutting-edge features, this model aims to bring users, an immersive entertainment experience. Furthermore, strengthening the tablet performance, the device also features the new HUAWEI M-Pen lite stylus. The device is exclusively available on Flipkart.com in India, starting from 29th September 2019, priced at Rs. 20,990.
Commenting on the launch, Spokesperson Huawei India said,
“With consumers at the core of all our innovations, Huawei’s MediaPad M5 Lite is no different and endowed with the same ethos. Given its pioneering features, the product is set to cut across a number of consumer demography viz. college goers, working professionals, artists and even children. Moreover, highly acclaimed in other parts of the world, we are certain that our latest launch will be well accepted among Indian audiences as well.”
Immersive Audiovisual Experience
The tablet boasts of a wider 10.1-inch 1080P Full HD IPS screen, supporting 1920 x 1200 pixels to offer good sharpness through ClariVu 5.0, the industry-leading display enhancement technology. The technology adjusts the contrast and colour saturation based on intelligent algorithms, targeting both the video playback and image browsing scenarios for a vivid display.
For audio, the HUAWEI MediaPad M5 lite pairs with quad speakers. The audio system is co-engineered with the world-renowned Harman Kardon brand to deliver professional theatre-quality sound. Harman Kardon’s “golden ear” acoustic engineering team also contributed in the surveying and testing process, in which the team spares no efforts to meet standards for high-quality audio and ensures that the best audio experience will be delivered.
Furthermore, the rich and mighty 3D surround sound effects increase the impact and blow you away with customized smart power amplifiers. This Huawei’s Histen 5.0 audio enhancement technology reduces the external noise power, as well as improves the low-frequency sound effect.
Modern M-Pen lite Stylus
The M-Pen lite stylus has an exquisite metal body with a balanced weight, which gives you a very smooth hand feel. With 2,048 layers of pressure sensitivity, users can jot down notes or mark up an email very easily. The silver-grey metal stylus has a vintage quality of its texture. Whether you attend meetings or stay at home, this stylus will suit and manifest your fashion taste. The thoughtful design of stylus’s clip prevents you from losing the pen accidentally. Children’s Corner with 5 Enhanced Eye-comfort Modes
Endowed with a unique Children’s Corner, Huawei’s MediaPad M5 lite also takes into account the scenarios, where children use tablets. Parents can set limits for children’s usage and customize the content you make available.
Besides the parental control feature, HUAWEI MediaPad M5 lite also offers 5 enhanced eye-comfort modes to protect a child’s eyesight: Optimal Distance Reminder (provides smart reminders when the M5 lite is less than 25cm from the face), Posture Guidance (provides a reminder to children to not read the tablet when lying down). Alongside, it also boasts of Intelligent Light Adjustment, Blue Ray Filter and Usage Time Control.
