Intel Core i9 10980HK specifications and details leaked!

According to reputed tech publication VideoCardz’ report, Intel’s 10th generation Core series notebook processor (Comet Lake-H) will be released on April 2. The series will use a 14nm process, the highest specification will sport 8 Cores and 16 threads. Now, the well-known leaker @momomo_us leaked a parameter slide of Intel Core i9 10980HK.

According to the leaked information, Intel i9-10980HK is an 8-core and 16-thread processor and through Thermal Velocity Boost (thermal speed acceleration) technology, the highest frequency it can reach is 5.3GHz.

We had reported about this processor earlier as well. The Core i9 10980HK also appeared on the benchmarks website. The data shows that this CPU is 8 cores and 16 threads, clocked at 3.1 GHz. The turbo frequency will peak at 5.27 GHz. It will also have a 16 MB L3 cache. When compared with the previous generation Core i9-9980HK, the i9-10980HK’s base frequency has increased by 0.7 GHz, and the core frequency is increased by 0.3 GHz. As far as the on-paper parameters are concerned, the 65W i9-9900’s desktop frequency is 3.1 GHz and the core frequency is 5 GHz.
