Intel confirms Core i9 13900KS flagship processor
The upcoming flagship processor is expected to come with a TDP of 150W!

According to the latest news on December 22, someone online used the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 APEX motherboard to overclock the Intel Core i9 13900K processor to 9008.82MHz yesterday, setting a new record.
According to a video released by Intel, the new record-breaking processor is the Intel Core i9-13900KS, which is the specially selected/binned version of the Core i9-13900K. According to CPU-Z data, the TDP of the Intel Core i9-13900KS processor is 150W, which is 25W higher than that of the i9-13900K .

We also learned that the Core i9-13900KS is expected to be released at CES next month and is expected to be available on January 12. According to the current leaked information, this processor has 24 cores and 32 threads (8 large cores + 16 small cores), 32MB L3 cache.
The main frequency of the large core reaches 3.2GHz and the highest turbo frequency that can be reached under Intel’s TVB overclocking technology is 6GHz, which is 200MHz higher than i9-13900K. In addition, the basic power consumption of the Intel Core i9-13900KS has also increased, reaching 150W, which is 25W higher than that of the i9-13900K, and the maximum turbo frequency power consumption is 253W.
