The Core Ultra 200V series includes Ultra 5, 7, and 9 models, with the Ultra 9 288V as the flagship. It is the only model with both PL1 and PL2 power settings at 30W, while others have a PL1 power setting of 17W.
The Ultra 9 288V also features the highest AI performance, combining XMX and NPU units to offer 67+48=95 TOPS.
All Lunar Lake processors use MoP memory integration. Ultra 7/5 models come in 16GB (ending in 6) and 32GB (ending in 8) variants.
The Ultra 9/7 processors have a full 12MB LLC cache, the new Arc 140V GPU, and larger NPU units, with an E-core turbo frequency of 3.7GHz. In contrast, the Ultra 5 processors have an 8MB LLC cache, Arc 130V GPU, and smaller NPU units, with an E-core turbo frequency of 3.5GHz.
