iQOO officially announced the upcoming release of their iQOO Z9 and Z9 Turbo smartphones today in China
These devices are equipped with a 1.5K 144Hz display from Hua Xing, which achieves a peak brightness of 4500 nits.
The screen has received SGS certification for low blue light and flicker-free performance, offering comprehensive dimming capabilities across three modes: low brightness 2160Hz PWM dimming, high brightness DC dimming, and ultra-high frequency 3840Hz PWM dimming at full brightness.
In addition to screen advancements, both the iQOO Z9 and Z9 Turbo models will come with a 6000mAh battery, maintaining a slim profile with a thickness of 7.98mm.
The Z9 Turbo will also feature a unique graphics chip, making it the only model in its class with such an enhancement, and will be powered by the third-generation Snapdragon 8s processor.
The launch of the vivo iQOO Z9 series is scheduled for April 24 at 19:00.
