As for storage, the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra might feature a massive 12 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage and will be available in dual SIM card and eSIM variants. NFC and fingerprint recognition are also said to be available on the phone.
Additionally, it might feature a rear 12MP wide-angle camera with a reported Sony IMX563 sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle SK Hynix Hi1336 sensor, and a 32MP selfie camera on the inner screen with an OmniVision OV32B40 sensor.
Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will be available in three colours: black, blue, and red, and equipped with a 3640 mAh battery that supports 33W charging. The phone is expected to run on the Android 13-based My UX system.
