According to recent leaks and coverage by Android updated new documents from the EU’s Intellectual Property Office show that Oppo has recently obtained the right to use the Enco Trade name on 2nd of July.
In addition, Android Updated also leaked a folding screen mobile phone’s patent by OPPO. It’s possible that Enco might be a new series of OPPO’s foldable mobile phones. All of these leaks and rumours are purely speculation at this point of time. This is only because there’s no official confirmation regarding the same.
In fact, as early as the beginning of this year, OPPO’s Shen Yi publicly posted a photo of the OPPO foldable mobile phone. The photo showed that OPPO’s folding screen mobile phone adopts the screen backward concave fold. This means that the screen is on the exterior unlike something like the Samsung Galaxy Fold.
Shen Yiren said at the time that at this stage the folding phones do offer a great promise. This is because on opening them you get a lot of screen estate to interact with content and that enhances the user experience a lot.
