RØDE has launched two new MagSafe accessories for the iPhone, aimed at professional users to enhance their video and lighting capabilities.
The first accessory, the Phone Cage, is a high-quality magnetic smartphone mounting system that offers 33 mounting threads and 5 cold shoe slots.
This allows creators to customize their mobile filming setup extensively. The core feature of the Phone Cage is a robust magnetic mounting plate that can secure any MagSafe-compatible iPhone or case.
The second accessory, the Magnetic Mount, serves as a versatile mounting system designed to securely attach microphones, lights, and other accessories to iPhones supporting MagSafe.
It uses the same strong magnets as the Phone Cage, ensuring accessories remain securely in place even during intense use.
Both products underscore RØDE’s commitment to enhancing mobile content creation with professional-grade audio and lighting solutions.
The Phone Cage is crafted from high-grade aluminum, combining durability with a lightweight design, making it both portable and sturdy enough to withstand challenging shooting conditions.
It is set to be released at the end of April, although pricing details are not yet available. The Magnetic Mount is already available for pre-order.
