According to the US anonymous forum 4chan news, Sony will hold the PlayStation launch conference on February 12th, 2020, when the Sony PS5 is expected to be released.

The anonymous person also gave an email from the senior marketing manager of Sony PS division. The email shows that Sony will invite game companies such as Activision, Ubisoft and EA to participate in the PlayStation conference event. In addition, Sony will also launch a number of first-party games, including “Last of Us 2” and “Ghost of Tsushima”. These games would be Playstation 5 exclusives!

It is known from previous leaks that the Sony PS5 game console will use AMD Ryzen third-generation custom CPU (7 nanometers Zen 2 micro-architecture 8 core) and Radeon Navi core custom version of the GPU. Among them, this time AMD’s customized Navi GPU supports ray tracing, 8K output and 4K@120Hz games.

On paper, all of this sounds really exciting. But will Sony be able to back their offering with a great selection of titles and a compelling price point? Only time can answer this question till then we all have to wait and watch!
