But last year's iPad Pro adopted USB type C certification. And now recent rumours suggest that the iPhone 2019 models may finally switch to USB type C port. The source for this leak is obtained from iOS 13 code's leak which shows that the charging animation has changed slightly and shows a USB type C cable is connected to the iPhone instead of the previous graphic. This can be a huge indicator to everyone that the future iPhones might use the USB type C port. It should be known that this interface has not changed for many years. For many years all Apple users, since the iPhone 5 have been using the Lightning connector. There have been multiple rumours in the past but Apple has not changed it since so many years. The iPhone 2019 launch is still a few months away. There's quite some time to September but leaks have already showcased everything about the new models like the camera placement, design etc. and a lot more!
