Zopo Speed 7 Plus Review and Camera Samples

Zopo Speed 7 Plus Review: It’s not hard to get a good quality smartphone these days with great specs and a reasonable price. One such device recently launched is a phablet, Zopo Speed 7 Plus. With 4G connectivity and good specs, the device is available at Rs 14,999 at Amazon. Let’s have a look at what this device has in store for you.

Design and display:

The design of Speed 7 Plus is minimalistic yet sleek in nature. It has a decent plastic-like finish and is pretty slim compared to its existing rivals. Thanks to the curved edges, the device is not that hard to handle in hands. The front side consists of a 5.5-inch HD, 1920×1080 pixels display, a front camera, and usual sensors.

It is one of the few devices that give you HD display at such a price range along with 16 M colors to brighten up your device. The power and volume key is placed at the right-hand side, the USB charging point at the bottom, and the 3.5 mm jack at the top.

The back side of the phone is completed with a back camera with flash and speakers. Overall, the design and display has a regular feel to it. The display is FHD IPS LCD which adjusts perfectly towards the sunlight. What we miss is the Gorilla Glass protection that might have saved this phone from scratches and smudges. Guess the user has to handle that part on its own.

Software and Performance:

Speed 7 Plus comes packed with a 1.5 GHz MTK MT6753 Octa Core Processor along with Mali T720 GPU which helps you in attaining maximum smooth performance when you multitask on the phone.

It comes with 3GB RAM and 16 GB ROM makes sure that the phone doesn’t hang and you can save as many files as you can. Speed 7 Plus runs on Android 5.1, which means a better notifications panel and added features to give you the best user experience.

As per initial usage of the device, it works fine without any lags, even when you use multiple apps like Facebook and Twitter.

Zopo Speed 7 Plus review: Camera.

Zopo Speed 7 Plus comes with a 13.2MP back camera and a 5MP front camera. Both the camera with standard features of flash, zoom, etc which is a little disappointing.

As compared to the cameras that we see on the latest devices, speed Plus 7’s camera can be rated as average. Now, the performance is totally a different matter. Where it lacked power, it made up for that in the quality of images.

The image quality is 4208×3120 pixels, with clear images in low light as well as bright sunlight.

The only issue that we faced was while zooming in on the pictures. The images pixelated a little bit.
