On August 2, Videocardz reported that AMD is set to launch its forthcoming Radeon PRO W7600 / W7500 workstation graphics cards, with both models expected to debut this month.
According to the information provided, both models will utilize the Navi 33 GPU and come equipped with 8GB GDDR6 video memory. The W7600 will boast a full Navi 33 GPU, while the W7500 will have slightly lower specifications.
Both cards are designed to be single-slot in thickness and will include four DisplayPort 2.1 ports, internal turbofan cooling, and a single 6-pin power supply.
AMD has already released the Radeon PRO W7900 and Radeon PRO W7800 professional graphics cards. The former is priced at $3,999 (equivalent to about INR 3,31,227 as of the editor’s note) and the latter at USD 2,499 (around INR 2,05,605).
In terms of performance, the AMD Radeon PRO W7900 graphics card is specifically designed for demanding workloads, boasting 61 TFLOPS (FP32) peak single-precision performance, offering 1.5 times stronger geometric performance in the SPECviewperf 2020 benchmark test.
Furthermore, it comes with a substantial 48GB of GDDR6 video memory, exceeding the previous generation card’s 32GB capacity.
On the other hand, the AMD Radeon PRO W7800 graphics card is tailored for heavy workloads, with a peak single-precision performance of 45 TFLOPS (FP32) and 32GB of GDDR6 memory.
Currently, the AMD Radeon PRO W7000 series workstation graphics cards remain unavailable in China.
