According to the news on March 11, OnePlus has officially announced that it will hold a new product launch conference on March 24, launching the flagship OnePlus 9 series for the new year. The most anticipated news here is the inclusion of the IMX789 sensor customized by Sony themselves for this smartphone’s primary shooter at an exorbitant cost.
With the release date approaching, the Geekbench benchmark score of OnePlus 9 Pro was released today. We have learned from the Geekbench platform that a new OnePlus machine modelled as OnePlus LE2115 has appeared on the platform. The motherboard information of this smartphone shows that “lahaina” is the internal code name of Qualcomm Snapdragon 888. At the same time, it is equipped with 12GB of RAM and runs on the Android 11 operating system.
In terms of benchmark score points, the single-core test score is 1120, and the multi-core test score is 3630. By comparing with the existing available public chipset data, the machine’s running score is very close to the Snapdragon 888 test score. In addition, since the currently participating test models are engineering machines, the scores will be improved to a certain extent after the formal mass production of the OnePlus 9 Pro is underway.
It is reported that Snapdragon 888 is built using a 5nm process, with a new X1 core architecture. The CPU is clocked at 2.84GHz, compared to the previous generation, the processor speed is increased by 25%, the GPU is increased by 35%, and the AI ??performance is increased by 70%.
Combined with the official news and leaks, it is known that in addition to the IMX789 sensor, the OnePlus 9 Pro will also be equipped with the previously customized IMX766 ultra-wide-angle lens of OPPO Reno5 Pro+.

In terms of raw numbers, the OnePlus 9 Pro camera may use a combination of 50 megapixels + 48 megapixels + 8 megapixels + 2-megapixel camera sensors.
