On June 25th, various reports emerged providing details about the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, a mobile phone that is said to come equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
However, recent reports have also indicated that the device will also provide a super memory version featuring 24GB RAM and 1TB ROM – a feature that, if true, would make the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro the world’s first phone to offer 24GB of RAM. The initial source of this information was a blogger, although, at the time of writing the post, the blogger had already deleted the content of the leak.
Fortunately, some internet users were quick to take screenshots before the post was taken down. While some individuals have questioned whether the 24GB memory in the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is a “memory fusion,” the leaker has confirmed that the physical memory will indeed be 24GB and not a virtual memory fusion.
According to popular tech leaker @Yogesh Brar on Twitter, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is expected to come with a 6.74-inch 1.5K curved OLED screen (120Hz), Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, and a rear camera comprising a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
Furthermore, the main camera is expected to support OIS optical image stabilization. Additionally, the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is rumoured to include other features such as an infrared transmitter and a mute slider. The device may also come with 150W fast charging and a 5000mAh battery.
Despite the excitement surrounding the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, there is no official announcement regarding the release date for the mobile phone at this time.
