We are thrilled that all the hard work which has gone into making Xiaomi a great place has been acknowledged and we are now certified as a Great Place to Work®. What makes it even more special, is that this validation comes from our employees who participated in the study and believe in the vision we set out.”

“Our strong culture which is reflected in our initiatives and policies is a key reason for Xiaomi India’s success in India. In 2020, we will work with a renewed focus and hope to keep raising the bar for us and other organizations aspiring to become great workplaces.”
