The new Cadillac Escalade-V model has been revealed without disguise, showcasing significant updates in both design and technology.
This 2025 mid-cycle refresh includes an undecorated prototype of the high-performance Escalade-V, though many of the changes also apply to the standard Escalade.
The prototype sports a redesigned front fascia with elongated light strips above and vertically arranged main headlights below, along with black plastic trim similar to the Escalade IQ.
It rides on 24-inch rims wrapped in 285 mm wide all-season Bridgestone tires, which are 10 mm wider than the previous Escalade-V model.
Internally, the fuel-powered Escalade has been substantially upgraded to match the tech offerings of the electric Escalade IQ.
The enhancements include a 55-inch ultra-long LED curved screen spanning the dashboard, plus an additional screen on the center console for air conditioning and other vehicle settings.
This system is fully supported by Google, no longer accommodating Apple CarPlay.
Power options for the standard Escalade include a 420-horsepower 6.2-liter V8 engine and a 277-horsepower 3.0-liter turbocharged diesel inline-six engine.
The Escalade-V, targeted at thrill-seekers, offers a 682-horsepower supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine.
All models come with a 10-speed automatic transmission. The standard Escalade models feature rear-wheel drive, while the Escalade-V offers an optional four-wheel-drive system.
The unveiling of the new model is expected soon since the prototype is uncamouflaged.
