AMD Radeon Adrenalin 2019 19.7.1 driver has been updated recently. If you have a Radeon RX 5700 card right now you can update the driver right away in order to get the new features.

The new driver now supports AMD RadeonTM RX 5700 series graphics card.
AMD Radeon image sharpening
New features in Radeon Settings enable DirectX® 9, DirectX® 12 and Vulkan® games on the AMD Radeon RX 5700 Series. They also provide contrast-adaptive sharpening to help draw detail and provide clear visuals in games.
AMD Radeon Anti-Lag (anti-delay)
New features are available in Radeon settings for DirectX®9 and DirectX®11 games for improved response time with a 31% reduction in latency.
Auto-discovery mode and one-click connectivity are now supported, making it easy to connect to Radeon PC and AMD Link applications.
AMD Radeon Chill
Display sensing adjustments are now supported, and frame rate caps can be set to match your display refresh rate, saving up to 2.5 times more power than before.
AMD Radeon WattMan
New power meter readings are available in Performance Metrics Overlay and Radeon WattMan.
Automatic low delay mode
Allows supported graphics products to communicate with connected TVs and automatically enters low latency (game) mode.
