News for January 14th, according to multiple media reports, many users reported that the touch screen of Google Pixel 4a 5G is facing problems, and touch input at certain points is not being recognized.
The reports have pointed out that the Google Pixel 4A 5G touch screen problem mainly occur at the bottom of the mobile phone screen. When using the system navigation keys, the system does not respond to the return button with the finger, and it takes many consecutive times to detect it.

It is worth noting that Google Pixel 4a 5G is still facing this problem after the January update, and the touch problem is more easily triggered after a protective screen shield is applied.
To make matters worse, some users still encounter this problem after changing phones. Google acknowledged this bug and said they will update and fix it . It is recommended that users use gestures to temporarily replace the navigation buttons. This problem will be fixed in the February update as soon as possible.
