The Samsung Galaxy C55 smartphone has recently appeared in the Geekbench database equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor.
The device, identified by the model number SM-C5560, has received network access permission from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which confirms its similarities to the international M55 model.
The Galaxy C55 uses the same processor as the Galaxy F55 and M55 models, which is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chip, and comes with 8GB of RAM. It is pre-installed with the Android 14 system.
This model has also been certified by China’s 3C certification authority, produced by Guangdong Ruiqin and Nanchang Qingsheng, and supports 9V 5A 45W fast charging.
As of now, Samsung has not announced the official release date and availability of the Galaxy C55.
The last time Samsung launched a Galaxy C series smartphone specifically for the Chinese market was in 2017.
