Why Infolinks is the best AdSense alternative for Bloggers?

Or is it?

Blogging is something which is the focal point of many of the online activities being done today. Blogging is done by many people in many different ways. Some people blog to express themselves, some people blog to earn their living, while some people blog only because it’s a fun task. For those who blog to earn Google AdSense program has been one of the primary staple sources of their income and it’s something that almost every good earning blogger swears by. But the truth is that the Google AdSense program requires a lot of time as well as effort. It has too many stringent conditions along with a plethora of rules and regulations. The program is restrictive and more often than not they don’t allow many sites to show AdSense ads on the basis of reasons unknown to the general public. Low CPC, low payouts, getting banned and a lot more issues plague AdSense publishers like a ghost. Many people often ask me what is the best AdSense alternative to generate recurring income from their websites. Without doubt I recommend them Infolinks. Infolinks has a very powerful in text advertisement program which serves the best possible ads to your visitors on the basis of their interests which are almost non intrusive and user friendly. So let us know more about Infolinks and the various ad programs it has on offer for publishers.

Infolinks : Best Google AdSense Alternative.

Infolinks is an advertising alternative to Google AdSense program. It’s a well established platform which is already in use by several web masters as well as bloggers alike. It can be used to earn money from churn and burn websites like niche event sites or from established sites alike. Many people prefer Infolinks over Google AdSense program simply because of the fact that Infolinks allows a very refined control over the types of ads you want to display. It allows people to choose which types of ads they want to display for greater income. This is helpful for both publishers as well as the advertisers as they can easily select which type of ads they want to spend their money on.

Different ad units for publishers by Infolinks.

1.) Infolinks InText ad unit:

This was one of the first ad units originally provided by Infolinks and one of the main reasons for its popularity. This is the de facto ad unit used by many bloggers and it converts keywords into hyper-linked text and whenever someone hovers over that text a contextual advertisement pops up. The publisher can change the colour of the hyper-linked text so as to make sure that it fits in with their overall colour scheme or some other colour in order to boost their CTR (Click through rate).

2.) Infolinks InTag ad unit:

This ad unit works best with people who have great content on their websites and haver an established brand online. In such a case this ad unit shows really targeted keywords after scanning the whole webpage/blog post and the tag clouds show those keywords which the users will be most likely to click. This InTag unit can be placed anywhere in the blog post or website. You can show either one line tag cloud or two lines. You also have the option to change the colour of the InTag ad unit.

3.) InFolinks InFold ad units:

The InFold units are purely contextual and they show up to the readers in accordance with their search terms i.e. those keywords which led them to your website. These ads are thus highly targeted and with a high CTR. These ad units slide up once the visitor goes to the bottom of the page and after a few seconds they go down on their own and just a headline is shown. Or the user can themselves send these ads down if they find them obtrusive.

4.) Infolinks InScreen ad unit:

Inscreen ad units are a new generation of Interstitial ads brought forth by InFolinks. They have a distinct visual appeal and perform really well because of the fact that they are full page ads. They come up whenever the reader clicks on any link, then they are taken to the full page advert which shows up before the real web page shows up.

5.) Infolinks InFrame ad unit:

The InFrame ad units provided by Infolinks are one of the best as they detect whether the user’s overall browser window and screen area is more wide than the webpage or not. If the window is wider then the InFrame ad units show full sized banner ads which are relevant to the existing content in that blank space itself as can be seen in the below picture.

Why Infolinks is the best AdSense alternative for Bloggers?

  1. I am using infolinks ads in my blogger site. I think it’s the best alternate of AdSense but its earning is slow. I have 500 users per day and the earning is $0.04 per day last one month. I thinks it’s slow or may be my visitors are case, and is there a possibility of low earnings because I am using infolinks ads on blogger blog and not on a site???

    • Tauqeer bro it all depends upon targeted traffic. If the 500 visitors per day are all from India or from nations where the CPC provided is low then the earnings will always be low. Focus on good quality traffic and everything else will follow! Keep visiting Inspire2rise.com!

  3. Google Adsense is the best revenue advertising program but I really don’t agree that it’s the best of all. Adsense has VERY strictly rules and may ban you even if you didn’t do anything to get that ban and the worst thing is, you cannot appeal (you can but you won’t get your account back).

Infolinks- this is probably the worst advertising media, it has ONLY facebook ads and they are really untargeted that’s why I really don’t recommend this media, really bad.
Adsense wins if you can have your account.

    • Ankit you are right in some ways, but still in many aspects you can use Infolinks on churn and burn content type websites. Using AdSense on such websites can be a very risky proposition!

  4. Great alternatives of google adsense. It’s good to see that there are also other ways to make money without adsense due to it’s hard approval and strict TOS which we have to take care of certain things to stop
violating AdSense policies. However Adsense is the best advertising program to monetize any blog but if did’nt get approval or got banned from it then these alternatives are the best way to monetize any blog… of certain things to stop
violating AdSense policies .Thanks a lot for sharing.

  5. As there is no alternative to Google, so is to Google Adsense.

There are, however, some rare cases in which you can earn a lot without Google Adsense by affiliate programmes or by offering ad spaces to others. But these are really rare cases.

One problem is that, if your rival blogger repeatedly clicks on your Adsense ads, you are a victim of click bombing. Your account will be banned although you will be 100% following Google’s Terms and Policies. This is the biggest pitfall for bloggers. Google should soon invent a way in which such clicking is automatically detected and the publisher is saved from ban.

  6. According to the list and my knowledge media.net is not a good option in India as they are not providing a good return while chitika is better than media.net ya infolinks are good but Adsense is far away from these. If you have decent traffic than you can move to tribal fusion which is also a excellent option.

  7. Hey Aditya,

Great Review, but I have few questions in my mind after reading this.

I want to know, whether Infolinks is good for small blogs or sites having visitors around 4-5k monthly?

Will it work converting those visitors into some secondary income or I am also thinking about using CPA network?

Which should I use for best secondary income? CPA or InfoLinks?
